ShikayatAI is designed to let people report corruption quickly and anonymously. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect (if any), how it is used, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Personal information

We do not require an account and we do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, contacts, or government ID.

Report information you submit

When you submit a report, the report may include only the information you choose to provide, such as:

• Incident type (e.g., bribe, harassment, service denial)
• Department involved
• City and province
• Date/time of the incident (as provided by you)
• Optional description/details you type into the report

Device identifiers and tracking

We do not collect or store device identifiers such as advertising ID, IDFV, IMEI, MAC address, or other persistent device IDs for tracking.

Precise location

We do not collect precise GPS location. If you select a city/province in the app, that selection is treated as report context rather than device location tracking.

Anonymity and metadata minimization

ShikayatAI is built to minimize identifying data. We aim to strip reports of identifying metadata before submission where feasible (for example, we avoid attaching account identifiers, phone numbers, or device IDs).
